KYC Payment Agreement
By making the payment for the KYC processing fee, you explicitly agree that:
No Refunds: Under any circumstance, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the KYC processing fee. Once the payment is made, it is considered non-refundable.
Honesty Requirement: You are required to be honest throughout the KYC process. This includes using your real documents, legal name, and accurately representing your role in the project. Failure to adhere to these honesty requirements will result in the immediate cancellation of your KYC, and no refund will be provided.
